New Class — Samurai
The Giants created the Kamaels to achieve their ultimate goal of ruling over the whole world. Some Kamaels lost their ability to fly and were banished forever. Despite their exile, they didn’t lose their spirit and trained to fight with a katana, creating a unique martial art. They were the first Samurai.

Special Server
To coincide with the update, we will be launching a new Samurai world with a separate cross-server group. It is a PvE server with special rules: PvP battles are only available once a day in predetermined locations. Everywhere else you can level up in peace without expecting any harm from other players.
Class Improvements
Your favorite heroes are even stronger than before. Duelists can learn two deadly new skills, the party buffs of the Bards’ songs and dances are more powerful, and Storm Blasters have a whole arsenal of new skills for crowd control and dealing focus damage.
Guardians Are Now Stronger
Raven, Vulcan and Glassia have new transcendent skills, a bonus for a full set of equipment, and a special item that prevents Soulshots/Spiritshots from being consumed on attacks.
What is Lineage 2 Essence?
A version of Lineage 2 for people who like to play independently. Autocombat and self-sufficient classes with all the buffs necessary to level up your characters by yourself. Once your level is high enough, you can participate in cross-server battles, sieges and raid events together with players from other worlds!
Regular updates
You can always expect exciting updates. Regular patches with unique classes, mechanic improvements, new servers and ways to level up your character. There is never a boring day in Lineage 2 Essense.

Try something new! These unique classes are only available in the Essence version: Storm Blaster, Vanguard Rider, Assassin, Element Weaver, Divine Templar, Blood Rose, and now the noble Samurai. Choose who you want to be!
Easy leveling
Thanks to the autohunting mode, you can save time on farming and apply yourself where it really matters, like fighting other players in PvP.
Server confrontation
Don’t limit yourself to only one server! Achieve the hero title in the Olympiad, take part in large-scale sieges and capture rare resources in cross-server zones.
