Dear user! Due to the Skyforge publisher change, you need to link your MY.GAMES account to a 4game account, so that your Skyforge progress could be saved and available to play on 4game after Skyforge publisher will be changed.
In order to link your game account, you need to do the following:
1. Sign in to your 4game account or register a new one to use further on
2. Agree to the terms regarding transfer of your game account data to protect your rights
3. Sign in to your MY.GAMES account
4. Confirm linking your MY.GAMES account to your 4game account by pressing the "Confirm" button.

FAQ

Why do I need to transfer my account?
Due to the transfer of the operating rights for Skyforge from MY.GAMES to 4game, the access to Skyforge via MY.GAMES accounts will be blocked after the end of the transfer period. To transfer your game data and ensure an uninterrupted gameplay, you must link your MY.GAMES account to a 4game account. After that, you will be able to download a new game client provided by 4game and log in to the game with your 4game account.
Can I continue playing Skyforge with my MY.GAMES account after linking it to a 4game account?
Yes, you can continue playing Skyforge on MY.GAMES with your MY.GAMES account until the game will be transferred. Your character, story progress, ingame money, items and purchases will be transferred to your 4game account after the end of the transfer period.
What will happen to my MY.GAMES account after the Skyforge data transfer is complete?
Your MY.GAMES account will remain fully functional, and will provide you with the access to other MY.GAMES projects. After the end of the transfer period you have been not able to use your MY.GAMES account to access Skyforge.
Do I need to download a new Skyforge client?
Yes, you’ll have to use a new Skyforge client after the game will be transferred. Visit the Skyforge official website on 4game to download the updated client. The website will become available after the end of the transfer period.
Can I change my linked 4game account?
To change your linked 4game account, contact our Customer Support from the already linked 4game account, so that we could confirm your identity.
Is there any time limit for the account transfer?
The account transfer will be available until October, 2025. While we would like to extend this period, the date of the account transfer completion depends mostly on MY.GAMES, as it provides account login functionality. We recommend making the transfer at your earliest convenience.
What happens if I don’t link my MY.GAMES account within the time limit?
If you don’t link your MY.GAMES account to a 4game account until October, 2025, we will not be able to transfer your Skyforge data to 4game, and after October, 2025 your game progress will be lost, and you will have to start playing from the very beginning.
I usually log in to MY.GAMES from another platform. Will I be able to do the same with my 4game account?
You can log in to your 4game account by using your email+password, or with your Google or Facebook credentials.
I have several MY.GAMES Skyforge accounts. Can I transfer all of them at once?
Only one MY.GAMES account can be linked to a 4game account at the same time. To transfer another MY.GAMES account, you will need to use another 4game account as well.
I play Skyforge on Steam. What should I do to save my game progress?
To transfer your Skyforge progress from Steam, you will need to log in to Steam, launch Skyforge after the game will be transferred and agree to the terms regarding transfer of your game account data from MY.GAMES to 4game.
Will all game data be transferred from MY.GAMES account?
All Skyforge game data from your original MY.GAMES account, including your character, story progress, ingame money and items, will be transferred to your 4game account.
Do I really need to subscribe to the Skyforge 4game mailout? What do I get from it?
Subscribing to the Skyforge 4game mailout is optional but strongly recommended. By subscribing, you’ll always stay tuned regarding the account transfer and game-related news.
