The Licensee can purchase a Pre-order Pack for the Game RAGNAROK ONLINE PRIME by purchasing a Key to Pre-order Pack for the Game RAGNAROK ONLINE PRIME (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). The Licensee can purchase a Key to Pre-order Pack for the Game on the Game's Website or through the Innova Partner’s websites, information about which is posted on the Game's Website or in the Game's official groups on social networks.
Detailed information about the terms of purchase of the Pre-order Packs and term of use of Pre-order Pack for the Game, activated by Key to Pre-order Pack you can find at Pre-Orders General Terms and Conditions available at: https://eu.4game.com/legal/4game/121/ (hereinafter "General terms"), Ragnarok Online Prime pre-order special terms and conditions available at: https://eu.4game.com/legal/roprime/199/ (hereinafter – "Special terms"). These Special Key Terms are an integral part of General terms and Special terms.
Please read these Special Key terms carefully before making a purchase. In these Special Key terms, all capitalized terms have the same meaning as in General terms, Special terms, 4game Terms of Use and the relevant Game User and License Agreement, unless otherwise specified herein.
Section 1. Terms of activation of Key to Pre-order Pack
1.1. You can activate the Key to Pre-order Pack immediately after purchase, or from the start of the CBT and / or subsequent stages of testing the Game or from the moment of the Game release, depending on the type of purchased Pre-order Pack, as indicated on the Game Website.
1.2. It is possible to activate the Key to Pre-order Pack within one month from the start date of the OBT (the validity period of the Key to Pre-order Pack). At the sole discretion of the Innova, after the expiration of this period, the Key to Pre-order Pack can be activated, and the configuration of the Pre-order Pack may change significantly. The Innova notifies you about the extension of the Key to Pre-order Pack validity period additionally.
Section 2. Conditions for the acquisition of Key to Pre-order Pack
2.1. The Licensee has the right to purchase an unlimited number of Keys to Pre-order Pack, and you can activate the Key to Pre-order Pack on an account that has not previously activated the Key to Pre-order Pack or same Pre-order Pack. You cannot activate two or more Key to Pre-order Pack that correspond to Pre-order Pack of the same level on the same account.
2.2. The Key to Pre-order Pack can be transmitted an unlimited number of times until the activation or expiration of the Key to Pre-order Pack. The use of Key to Pre-order Pack is only possible for personal, non-commercial purposes, and the sale of Key to Pre-order Pack is prohibited.
2.3. The Key to Pre-order Pack cannot be exchanged for real money or other forms of compensation. Lost/deleted Key to Pre-order Pack for any reason is not subject to compensation or recovery. The cost of the purchased, but not activated Key to Pre-order Pack for any reason (except for circumstances that are within the Innova’s control) is not compensated and is not refundable, including in case of violation of the Game rules by the Licensee.
2.4. The refund of funds spent for the purchase of a Key to Pre-order Pack is carried out under the conditions for the refund of funds for Pre-order Packs, as defined in the Special terms, General term and Payment Procedure.
By clicking the " Buy " button on the Game page on the 4game Service or by purchasing a Key to Pre-order Pack through Innova’s partners, the Licensee confirms that he has read these Special Key Terms, General terms, Special terms, complete Pre-order Pack and other information regarding the purchase and use of Key to Pre-order Pack, which are referenced in this document and on the Game Website, and agrees to such terms in full and without any exceptions and reservations
