Sooner or later, Novices usually decide on the job, choosing their way. But some of them want to learn everything at once. After exhausting training, they become Super Novices and get the possibility to master most skills of the first jobs.

To become a Super Novice, you must reach base level 45 as a Novice and then meet Tzerero in Al De Baran.
