Professions of Midgard: Maestro

There are many conflicting rumors about the Maestros and where they come from, but none has ever been confirmed. Most people however, believe that one day a legendary bard, wandering through Rune-Midgard, composed so many beautiful songs about the beauty of the continent that wherever he visited. People not only were touched by his songs, but they would start following him blindly.

These songs are so popular that if you go to the nearest tavern, you will probably find a bard playing one of the songs composed by the first Maestro ever known.

Skills

Windmill Rush

Increases the Atk of the caster and party members for 60 seconds. This increase is increased by 1% per level of Voice Lessons and by 0.2% per Job Level of the caster.

Echo Song

Harmonize

Enter a state of harmony with another player or monster. Equalize all bonus stats of caster and 1 target for 60 seconds. Requires an instrument to cast.

Voice Lessons

Increases MaxSP and SP recovery for each level learned. If skill is level 5 or higher, allows the Wanderer/Maestro to use Third Class skills while performing Second Class dances, songs, or ensembles

Metallic Sound

Create a high-pitched sound that drains 1 target's HP and SP. Causes more damage to enemies affected by Sleep and Deep Sleep.

Reverberation

Generate a high-frequency sound wave and place it up to 10 cells away. If an enemy touches the cell, it will explode, splitting the damage it causes across all enemies in a 3x3 area If nothing comes in contact with the sound wave, it will explode on its own after 10 seconds. The sound wave can be attacked and destroyed by ranged or magic attacks.

Dominion Impulse

Release a powerful scream that will activate all Reverberations within 10 cells of the skill's target location. It will also activate Reverberations left by other Maestros/Wanderers.

Severe Rainstorm

Shoot a volley of arrows into the air and rain down arrows on enemies in an 11x11 area. Damage is increased depending on the Caster's base level, Agi and Dex stats. Consumes 20 arrows and will fail otherwise.

Song of Despair

Generate a sound wave on the ground that will immobilize 1 enemy within a 3x3 area. A maximum of 5 can be placed at the same time. Does not work against MVP type monsters. Requires an instrument or whip to cast.

Siren's Voice

Tempt all enemies that are within range to fall hopelessly in love with the Caster. Monsters will be unable to attack or target the caster with skills. Affected targets will display a 'Heart' emoticon. The duration of this skill is reduced based on the target's base level and the skill is cancelled once the target receives damage. An instrument/whip is required to cast this skill.

Death Valley

Recite a sacred poem to revive a dead companion. The revived player will have HP equal to the SP they had while dead. If the player had 0 SP before revival, they will be has 1 HP. An instrument/whip is required to cast this skill, and consumes 1 Regrettable Tear.

Deep Sleep Lullaby

Force all targets in a certain range into a 'Deep Sleep' state. Once, the targets are in a 'Deep Sleep', they are unable to move, attack, use items, skills or chat. The effect is cancelled if the targets receive damage. Targets in 'Deep Sleep' will also take 1.5x greater damage from the next attack. Affected targets will also recover 3% of HP/SP every 2 seconds. Requires an instrument/whip to cast.

Circle of Nature

Display the power of the Circle of Nature by draining a certain amount of SP from all targets within range, and recovers the target's HP. If the target's SP is completely drained, then the skills effect will be cancelled. An instrument/whip is required to cast this skill. Only usable in PvP and WoE

Gloomy Shyness

Increase the damage of specific skills [Brandish Spear, Clashing Spiral, Shield Boomerang, Rapid Smite, or Shield Press]. If the target doesn't have one of these skills, then the target receives a flee rate and attack speed penalty.

Great Echo

The caster and at least one other Wanderer/Maestro in the party, sing loudly to generate a sound wave that damages all nearby enemies. The number of Wanderers/Maestros in the party increases the damage dealt, as well as reduces the SP consumed for each of them. Consume 1 [Throat Lozenge].

Song Of Mana

The caster and at least one other Wanderer/Maestro in the party, sing for Mana, asking for increased circulation. Recovers 10 SP of the caster and party members every 5 seconds. SP recovery is increased based on the number of Wanderers/Maestros in the party.

Dances with Wargs

Reduces self and party member's Fixed Cast Time and increases ASPD. Number of Maestro/Wanderer in party affects Fixed Cast Time reduction. Each Maestro Wanderer in party will reduce the fixed cast time by 10%, maximum of up to 70%. ASPD is increased by 5%, further increased by 5% per Maestro/Wanderer in party, up to a maximum of 30%. Ranger's Warg-related skills will deal additional damage and equipment ATK is increased. Equipment ATK is increased by [(Skill Level x 2) x Number of Wanderer/Maestro in party (Up to a maximum of 7)] Warg Strike /Warg Bite / Warg Dash damage is increased by ATK [(Skill Level x 10) x Number of Maestro/Wanderer in party(Maximum of 7)] % Requires an instrument/whip to cast.

Song of Destruction

The caster and at least one other Wanderer/Maestro sing, cancelling all Singing and Chorus effects from the target and surrounding enemies while inflicting physical damage. The success rate is affected by the caster's Dex, level and skill level as well as the target's Int and level of the target's skills. Success rate improves as the number of Maestros/Wanderers in the party increases.

Saturday Night Fever

When sung by the caster and at least one other Maestro/Wanderer, all players in range of the caster will be compelled to disco and enter a limited Frenzy state. Frenzied targets will continuously lose HP and SP as well as lose defense and Flee while gaining Atk. Item usage is disabled, and those affected will be forced to sit on the ground for 3 seconds after the Frenzy wears off. If the skill succeeds in affecting more than 7 players at once, the Lord of Madness will appear to deal 9999 damage to all Only usable in PVP/WoE Requires an instrument/whip to cast.

Lerad's Dew

When sung by the caster at least one other Wanderer/Maestro in the party, Lerad's Dew will increase the MaxHP of all surrounding party members. This skill does not affect characters who are in Frenzy. Even Maestro's or Wanderers in the party increases the HP given by an additional 300.

When sung by the caster and at least one other Maestro/Wanderer, Sinking Melody has a chance of reducing enemy INT and draining their SP over time. Cannot be used with the chorus skill Warcry from Beyond. Each additional Maestro or Wanderer in the party increases Matk by 3%.

Warcry from Beyond

When sung by the caster and at least one other Maestro/Wanderer, increases Atk and decreases Matk of everyone around including the caster. Cannot be used with the chorus skill Sinking Melody. Each additional Maestro or Wanderer in the party increases Atk by 3%.

Infinite Humming

When sung by the caster and at least one other Maestro/Wanderer, all targets around the caster will be able to cast skills without being interrupted but will increase skill SP cost by 15%. Each Maestro/Wanderer in the party reduces this extra cost by 3%. Requires an instrument/whip to cast.

Frigg's Song

Increase MaxHP of allies for 60 sec and recover certain HP. Consumes 1 Regrettable Tears in Siege mode such as PVP, only yourself and your party member will get the effect.
