Biochemists are students of nature that can create healing potions, dangerous acids, explosives and even artificial life in the form of Homunculi — special pets that help them in combat. Leaving the confines of natural laws behind, Biochemists move on to even more daring experiments and graduate to Geneticists.
Merchant — Alchemist — Biochemist — Geneticist
Once you reach job level 10 as a novice and have learned Basic Skills level 9 you can become a Merchant. To do that you need to go to the Merchants Guild in Alberta. To become an Alchemist, a merchant must reach the professional level of 40 and pass an exam at the Alchemist Guild in Al De Baran. To become a Biochemist you need to reach level 99/50 and find the Book of Ymir in the Castle of Sages in Juno.

Basic Skills
Quest Skills
Makes 200 attempts to create White Reduced Potions. Cast time - 3 sec. (does not depend on the skill of the character). To use the skill, the alchemist's inventory must have enough materials to make 200 white reduced potions.
Can only be used if there is a Super Novice in the group.
Makes 200 attempts to create 100 Alcohols, 50 Acid Bottles and 50 Bottle Grenades. Cast time - 3 sec. (does not depend on the skill of the character). To use the skill, the alchemist's inventory must have enough materials to make the attempted items.
Can only be used if there is a Taekwon kid in the group.
